Well its been about 15 months since I last posted anything here !  2007 was a very busy year for me. I had no personal time for myself it seemed.  I cant even tell you what happened its almost like I slept through the entire year and have no memories of what happened.  But good thing for me my memories come back a few years after they happen so basically by about 2009 I should finally remember what happened in 2007.  I know ..crazy ... oh well.

So today I am just working on my website updating some of the pages and finally will try to get all my recipes uploaded on my site so when I want to cook one of them all I have to do is type in what I am looking for in my search engine and the recipe will come right up.... well thats the plan anyways.  Now I just have to make time to get them all uploaded.

Well it's Monday night - almost midnight. I took 2 excedrines for my headache earlier tonight at the bowling alley and now I am wired!!  I am almost all packed for Florida. We are leaving Wed afternoon.  We are going down there for my nieces wedding. She is getting married on Miami Beach at Sunset on Friday night. I am looking forward to a nice vacation. It has been 2 years since I have been to Florida and I miss it!  Well its late so I am off here for now.

Why do I have to be surrounded by idiots all the time!

Went back to work today. I was extremely tired this morning when I got up!  I shouldnt have been since I went to bed around 11 pm! And the middle of my back was acting up again this morning!  I swear I have some broken vertebra's or something back there!  Hmm..... maybe Tim kicked me in the middle of the night! LOL! I would never know... cause once I am asleep the world could fall apart and I would not wake up! LOL!

I heard some weird disterbing news this morning at work about our company.  I wont go into detail here on a public blog, however it was shocking needless to say!  I hope things go smoothly and everything works out.

Rita and I went to church tonight, we had the pleasure of 2 visiting ministers this evening! We had Brother Issac's (I will get the correct spelling on that later & fix this entry) and Brother Roger Stevenson ( I believe I have their names right, if not I will correct this entry later)  Anyways service was good, and both of them delivered very good sermons!  I just got home from dropping Rita off at her house around 11:00 pm.  So now I am exhausted!  Off to bed!

Well I took today off work... vacation day... so I could rest up from my trip.  I went to the gym this morning around 9:30 and worked out ... I love working out!  I know it sounds crazy! But I feel really great after a work out.  Sometimes if I over do it I am sore the next day, but all things in moderation...

I had 3 cheeseburgers and 4 or 5 glasses of sweet tea during the entire trip to KY ... not on the same day!!  This is weird for me... since I havent had a cheeseburger in about 6 months!  And I dont drink anything but water and Diet Rite now.... But I still managed to lose 5 pounds this week!  Its been all salads, fruits and lean cuisine stuff for me... but I have to keep it up if I ever intend on losing this weight!  I have now lost a total of 39 pounds since July 2005.  I feel so much better already, so I know that when I get the rest of this weight off me I hope I feel great!

The window guys came today and installed our replacement garden window ( the old one they put in about 8 or 9 years ago went bad - started leaking!) So they came out today and replaced the entire window - Free of Charge! Our windows have a lifetime guarantee!  I love them!  However the new garden window design is a bit different than the old window they took out and I am not too happy about it!  The old window had so much oak trim and even an oak shelf going all the way around the top area of it, and this new window does not have any of that old style !  And the new window is smaller! Just goes to show you they just dont make things like they used too!  Oh well! 

Gotta get off here and get dinner going!

Well another general convention is over now. We just got home around 9 ish.

It was a good meeting!  I saw my girlfriend Reba again, and her little girl, Molly,  who is now 8 years old already! I cant believe where the time goes!!  It just seems like yesterday when I lived in KY and Reba was one of my room mates. Now she has a little 8 year old!  Wow!  They both looked great!  I saw Stacy too, she looked great, her little girl is so precious!  It's amazing how time flies by! 

Rita and I had a good time at the meeting.  The hotel staff was wonderful.  We stay at the best hotel on Dixie Highway (JMHO)     My bed was a bit hard though, so you know I had to go to Walmart and get an eggcrate mattress topper for my bed.. after I got that... I slept great Sunday night!

Well I am up finally! Very Tired! Been tired all week.  I had to go to dentist Tuesday morning before I went to work, as my tooth is infected and he gave me antibotics and pain killer and then he told me I will have to either have the tooth pulled or have a root canal!  NO THANK YOU!  I think I will go to my other dentist and have him tell me what he thinks.  I just wish my other dentist accepted my dental insurance!  He has been my dentist for years and now that we have dental insurance from work, we go to another dentist cause its so much cheaper with the insurance. But when you tell me that I only have 2 options on one of my main molars... I think not!  I think I will get a second opinion at the dentist who I have grown up with!  I think he may just be able to put a filling in it and it may be fine!  We will see! But the antibotic is really helping it alot!  I have only had to take 2 of the pain killers before bed Tues & Wed night and only a few excedrine during the day this week.  So its really amazing ! 

Well its Friday 7:30 AM now and we are leaving for KY this morning for the convention. Its exciting!  I am running late though ... I told Rita I would pick her up at 8:30... well I dont see that happening LOL!

So I best get off this computer and get packed and get on the road! KY here we come!!

Well the convention is this weekend in KY. So I am excited about that!

My clothes are fitting again. I am very happy about that.  I have lost about 35 pounds now since last July (2005) and I do have lots more to go! It's been a slow weight loss and I keep going up and down a few pounds each week. But I know if I just continue on it will eventually come off.
